Jerald D. Forrest launched C.A.S. Corporation as a spinoff of JDF & Associates in June 2008, and is currently the president, chief executive officer and chairman of the company's board of directors. Mr. Forrest has had a distinguished leadership career in Federal Government, State Government, Healthcare and Technology sectors. Prior to this business venture, Mr. Forrest served as President and CEO of I-COM Inc, a leader in the Consulting services communities where he was instrumental in building bridges with technology and Government applications. Mr. Forrest holds a BA degree in Business Administration from High Point University, a Masters in Project Management from George Washington University, attended Montreat College’s Management & Leadership Masters program, and ALU’s School of Law Jurist Doctorate program. Mr. Forrest has positioned C.A.S. Corp to be a contender in the Federal sector by relocating its company headquarters to Washington DC where he plans on continuing his business success by forging the business relationship needed to sustain company growth.
